Absolutely unacceptable customer service from @n26 and @N26FR Deeply disappointing experience. I'm closing my account immediately.
Impossible to reach a human through their customer service. The chargeback dispute UI is buggy (can't upload any attachments). And to top it all off, a bot replies and closes issues without ever addressing customers’ questions… 😑 13/04/2026 à 20:20
