• Absolutely unacceptable customer service from @n26 and @N26FR Deeply disappointing experience. I'm closing my account immediately.

Impossible to reach a human through their customer service. The chargeback dispute UI is buggy (can't upload any attachments). And to top it all off, a bot replies and closes issues without ever addressing customers’ questions… 😑 13/04/2026 à 20:20 Permalien

• "Let's talk about LLMs" https://www.b-list.org/weblog/2026/apr/09/llms/

The author argues that writing code was never the main bottleneck. Speeding it up doesn't eliminate the harder parts of development. Because of that, LLMs are useful tools, not transformative solutions.

What's still missing from many analyses is the improvement in code quality, and I think it's real. #ai 11/04/2026 à 05:50 Permalien
